1. How do I receive my files?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to download your digital files directly from our website. You will also receive a confirmation email with the download link.

2. What type of products do you sell?

We only sell digital products (downloadable files for printing). No physical items will be shipped.

3. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.
If your file is corrupted or you encounter a technical issue, please contact us and we will resend it.

4. Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

No. All purchases are for personal use only. You may print the files for yourself or as a gift, but you cannot resell, share, or use them for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated.

5. What if I lose my files?

Please download and back up your files after purchase. If you lose them, contact us with your order details and we will do our best to resend them.

6. Do the colors match exactly what I see on screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your printer, paper type, and screen settings. We recommend using high-quality paper and printer settings for the best results.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and Bizum (where available).
